The anthropometric measurement took place at Politeknik Kuching from 18th November 2019 until 22th November 2019. The total participation from Politeknik Kuching was 139 respondents consisted of 67 (48.2%) male and 72 (51.8%) female. The highest age group contributed was between 30-39 years old (51.8%).
